Enchantex is an urban fantasy queer dating chat-sim with visual novel elements. Play as a Wizard, Witch or Wix, pick your name, icon and hobbies, help customers in need and, of course, find love... Either on the AO4 webpage or near the lava cooler.
Demo contains Common Route: 2 days of chats (over 11k words and an additional 2k in "fanfics") and 12 in-game photos/CG. I write, code, and draw everything myself. Music, sounds, and some code elements are credited in-game. No AI was used to create this game.

Known issues
Buggy history tab, some grammar/spelling errors, notepad-- being in focus until closed from the taskbar, "is typing" is awkwardly empty when the system is sending messages.
Full-game status
I am fairly confident the game will be released somewhere in Q1 2026.
The full game will feature 5 days of chats, VN segments (full CG only) and 3 endings per route - overall around 50k words. The demo will remember your picks, so you'll be able to start right from Day 3 when the full game releases.
I want to make the base game free, and later add a paid overtime DLC + digital artwork (at this point, I might consider publishing it on Steam as well).
Content warnings
Full game will touch the following topics: death, grief, depression, self-harm, abuse of medical substances, gambling, bullying - some of these things can be hinted in the demo, more or less seriously.

I love love LOVE THIS game!! super cute and fun! i'm also working on a chatsim type thing right now and this is truly motivational and inspiring. The only feedback I have is that some of the grammar is sort of confusing. I would love to go over the script and fix any grammatical errors for you :3 but yes! congrats on the demoooo <3

I might have made a mistake writing directly in programming software, because I have no easy access to proofreading tools there, and the more I read my own work, the less I can spot. However, I think I've finally found a workaround, so I'll address the errors in the full version. I'm glad my demo was enjoyable despite that, hehe! But thank you for your offer!

I adore this so far! The characters are enjoyable, art and writing is wonderful (as always for you) and I really like it so far! There's a few (unintentional) typos here and there but I don't feel they hinder the experience in any way (and this is just a demo ofc!)(I'm actually a big fan of the intentional ones though! Especially for a chat based game.) The interface is super nice, and I love the design of it, and I love all the little world building stuff dropped in with things! I just have positives after positives to say about this, I can't wait to see more!
Had to stop and send Killer EYELINER to match your LENTICELS to my girlfriend who knows more about plants than me because I thought it was funny. I was also playing this during company time so the feeling of fucking around during work can be 10x more real. My boss came in and asked if I checked teams....anyways love it sm :D ill keep an eye out for more!!
